There used to be a time when companies would buy huge servers and used to develop in house softwares as per their requirements and this called for huge investments. Corporates had a budget set aside for this purpose and another part of the budget went into the maintenence of these. But time has changed now.

The other day I was in a discussion with my IT manager regarding a requirement for the new business that we had acquired. I put forward a requirement for a software that would be used extensively. I suggested that we should immediately identify somebody who could develop this software immediately for us. My IT manager smiled at me. When I enquired the reason, he said these days they avoided such headaches and would normally pass this responsibility on to somebody else. I was surprised at what he said.

He then went on to explain things in detail. When he told me about the microsoft crm server and how software and space renting ensured that they received uninterrupted service, I was surprised at the progress that IT had made. microsoft dynamics crm hosting offers a host of services and customization options to business outsourcers like us, thus enabling us to channelize the funds that was normally blocked in software development and server maintenance into other useful things. The way in which hosted microsoft dynamics crm solved our purpose, it could solve yours too. So before going into anything else give it a thought.

The other day I was conducting a session for a group in my organization on customer feedback, its importance and how one can benefit from it. After I had completed the session, as I picked up my laptop and logged into my blog, a thought went past my mind. Is feedback only important in business? Is it only a customer feedback that is important?

Feedback in all forms is important. It helps you develop yourselves, when the feedback is for you as an individual and if the feedback is for you work, it helps you polish your work and bring it as close to perfection as possible.

Organizations that are doing well would attribute their success to excellent Customer relationship management, through understanding and implementing changes which they decide to undertake on the basis of feedbacks received from their customers. No marketing is better than Customer relationship marketing. The success or, failure of your product depends upon how well you take care of your relations with you customers.

A lot of readers in my blog have been sending feedback on what I should do and how, to me on my email and I had never realized the importance of feedback in blogging. So I decided to set up a feedback section for “Living a joke” which is now available as a discreet page on my blog. Please give me your suggestions, so that I can improve on what I am doing.

Blogging has helped me in many ways. I was an absolute illiterate when it came to the internet and its resources about a couple of years back. But today I have learnt a lot. I learnt everything about the internet, websites, designing them, making money out of them and living them. My blog – Live a joke, was just a medium for having fun. But as I blogged I learnt from my blogger friends that they use blogs for lot other things and many a time they even get their jobs outsourced. That made me wonder at the power of blogging.

It is not just jobs that are being outsourced but there are people who are outsourcing their recruitments even. One of my blogger friend who owns a small company now, was the one who made me aware about this. His entire office recruitment activity was outsourced. That is where I got to learn about ”Tate”. These people were experts in office recruitment.

For people who are setting up their offices and do not want to get into the hassles of recruitments, ‘Tate’ is the best solution. My friend had initially put in some work into recruitment. When he couldn’t get a receptionist he was fed up and decided to get in touch with ‘Tate’. They knew the exact requirements for receptionist jobs. Before my friend could realize his probelm was solved. Then why would he look for somebody else to get a personal assistant, when he knew that Tate could take care of PA jobs as well. Their services in all recruitment needs pertaining to office jobs are excellent and my friend had an excellent feedback for them. This is where blogging helps our blogger community. We would never get to know of these excellent services, had we not been into blogging.

In the meantime, read my jokes and live it.

I know that this post might not be relevant to my blog, but I am posting this only to make my fellow bloggers aware of these cheats in the blogging space.

I had never wanted to blog for money and that was not my objective when I started to blog. But as I matured as a blogger, I learnt about paid-blogging and accepted a few projects from a few paid-blogging companies.

That is when I received a mail from a “Skylar Sinclaire” from an email address ‘bigbucks@blog-for-bucks.com’ requesting for a few posts in my blog for some money. I had no reasons to doubt their integrity and agreed to the project. They agreed to pay me on a date after about 15 days from the date I made the posts. I submitted the posts and waited patiently for the payment till the due date. When I did not receive any communication or, payment from them, I wrote to the email from where I received the post-requests. I received no reply for this mail and subsequent mails that I sent. Only then did I realize that I had been cheated. These scoundrels request posts and agree to pay you at a much later date so that the links are indexed and their purpose is solved. They then refuse to pay.

All my fellow bloggers beware of such requests. Also do not even consider registering to their site at “blog-for-bucks.com”.

It is indeed reason to laugh at the fact, ‘how money can make donkey of a blogger’.
